Create Job Application

Welcome to the application portion of the Online Web Recruitment system

In order to apply for any of the jobs posted, you must first complete an online job application. Once you have started your application, you will receive an Applicant ID Number via e-mail (also listed at the top of your online application). You will use this Applicant ID Number to apply for any available positions after you have completed your application.

  • The Applicant ID Number you receive is transferable within any of the districts participating in the Online Web Recruitment system. A listing of those districts will be e-mailed, along with your Applicant ID Number, once you have started the job application.
  • To become a candidate within other participating districts, simply click on "My Applications" to the left of the page after completing your application and select the districts of interest. You will then be a searchable candidate in those district's database.  As a result, the district may contact you when they determine you may be a good fit for any position.
  • To be considered for a specific position, you must enter your Applicant ID Number in the space provided within each job posting of interest (after you have completed your application).  Job postings for each district are found on their district Web site.  You must visit the district Web sites to view and apply for specific jobs with your Applicant ID Number.
  • Please keep in mind that if you elect to have your information viewable by multiple districts, they will all have access to the same cover letter.  Therefore, it is suggested that you keep information general when possible.
  • You do not have to complete the job application in one sitting. You may login at a later time and finish the application; however, your Application will not be viewable to a district until you do complete the application.  Therefore, you must continue to the last page of the application in order for districts to view your information.

Some districts require specific information at the time of application.  To make certain you have all necessary information uploaded to your application, please check out the Participating Districts page to review what is required at each district (you will be given the opportunity within the application to upload files).
